Company Site Data Use Notice
Effective August 29, 2026
This notice describes data use on graysect.com, Graysect's public, static company website. It is not an agreement granting Graysect authority over data handled by a Graysect product.
1. Scope and Product Boundaries
This notice applies only to the public company site. Graysect products have their own terms, privacy notices, consent flows, and data boundaries. For example, HealthLab information is governed by the HealthLab Privacy Policy. A product-specific policy controls for that product.
2. Current Company-Site Data
The company site has no visitor accounts, on-site forms, application database, or product-data storage. If you choose to email Graysect, Graysect receives your email address, message, and anything you include. Cloudflare, the site's hosting and security provider, may process request and security information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested path, timestamp, referring page, and security events to deliver and protect the site.
The published company-site source does not install an advertising pixel, behavioral analytics product, session-replay tool, chat recorder, communications-recording tool, application cookie, or browser-storage identifier.
3. Current Uses
Company-site information is used to deliver and secure the site, detect and investigate errors or abuse, maintain reliability, respond to messages, comply with law, and protect rights, people, and property. This notice does not authorize research, model training, advertising, or other secondary use of HealthLab or other product data.
4. Browsing Is Not Optional-Purpose Consent
Merely viewing this notice or browsing the company site is not affirmative consent to optional tracking, behavioral analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, chat recording, communications recording, or sensitive-data use. The current company site has no consent interface because none of those optional systems is installed in its published source.
Before enabling any such system, Graysect must identify the data, purpose, and recipient before collection; use a separate, purpose-specific choice when consent is required; and technically prevent the system from loading before that choice. Any recording or replay requiring consent must remain off until the person has received the notice and consented before capture begins.
5. Recipients
Cloudflare processes technical request information to host, deliver, and secure the company site. Email providers process messages when you choose to contact Graysect. Graysect may also disclose company-site information when required by law or valid legal process, to investigate abuse or a security incident, to protect rights and safety, or at your direction.
6. Changes
Graysect may update this notice when the company site's actual practices change. An updated notice does not retroactively grant permission for a new purpose, and continued browsing is not consent when affirmative consent is required. A required consent will be requested through a clear, separate action before the new collection or use begins.
